  • Hi! I’m Elsie, a business development and marketing consultant based in Nottingham, working with clients across the UK. With over 7 years of marketing and business development experience, I’m dedicated to helping service-based professionals like you thrive through personalised online coaching, consulting, and training.

    I graduated with a first-class degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, earning the award for Best Overall Performance. My career has taken me through highly regulated industries like financial services and agriculture, where I developed an aptitude for organic marketing strategy and business development.

    I’ve led the marketing strategy for a major practice within the UK’s largest wealth management company, achieving impressive results. I’ve also freelanced across diverse industries, including sport, agriculture, fine jewellery and music, which has enhanced my versatility.

    My expertise includes developing marketing strategies, event planning, LinkedIn optimisation, personal branding, project management, relationship building and copywriting. I collaborate with partners in web design, graphic design, SEO, life coaching, event management, brand management and more to offer a comprehensive suite of services.

    I’m passionate about putting clients at the centre of my work, acting with integrity and fostering a positive, empowering environment. When I’m not working, I enjoy personal styling, going to the gym, spending time with my family (including two beautiful cats and a labrador), and learning Spanish.

  • After closing her own business five years ago, Deborah sought a new challenge. When her daughter Elsie decided to start her own business, Deborah saw an opportunity to volunteer and assist with administrative tasks.

    With over 35 years of business experience, Deborah supports Elsie across a range of tasks, allowing her to focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes.

    Outside of her part-time volunteer work, Deborah enjoys playing bass guitar in several bands, flipping properties, gardening, and spending time with her family.
